PROCUREMENT & SUPPLYING SERVICES
Brettl Procurement includes sourcing, obtaining and paying for all spare parts and services. Supply chain management also covers the logistics involved in obtaining all spare parts related to oil and gas, such as shipping and warehouse management, as well as transforming the procured spare parts into products and distributing them to our customers.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Brettl Co has worthy capabilities for Oil and gas construction includes production facilities, liquefaction plants, refineries, pipelines, and storage tanks, and more. COMMISSIONING SERVICES
The primary goal of commissioning is to ensure a building, machine or plant and its systems meet the owner’s project requirements or manufacturer instructions. Brettl Co could lead a systematic process of ensuring that a building or plant performs in accordance with the design intent, contract documents, and the owner’s operational needs. Commissioning is fundamental to the success of the whole-building or plant design process.
MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Brettl co has good experience to lead Maintenance/Repair and Refurbishment works for Oil & Gas Field facilities such as Stationary and Rotating equipment’s, Separators, Desalination plant, Boilers, Skimmers, Dehydrators, Scrubbers, Gas Boots and Production Tanks, etc. and assorted equipment’s.
Repair / Maintenance of underground cross country pipeline up to 42 inch in diameter.
Maintenance of crude oil storage tanks and various product storage and utility tanks. Activities include repair and replacement of tank appurtenances, bottom plate and roof plate, supply of foam dam seal plate and weather shield for floating roof tanks, etc.
HOT AND COLD TAPPING SERVICES
Brettl Co has brilliant experience in hot and cold tapping works, is a method of connecting either by drilling or cutting to a pressurised system, such as a pipeline or vessel, without removing the pipe or tank from service. This service to prevent costly and potentially dangerous environmental hazards while allowing for continued operation.
Brettl Co can work on pipeline size from 1” up to 50” diameter, we can deal pressurised pipeline from 01 Bar up to 150 Bar.
Oily Sludge Treatment System
Brettl Co is a company has plants and equipment for Oily Sludge Treatment System and Oily Sludge Disposal Equipment, as well as Oily Sludge Separator in oil fields. Those technologies and equipment can be widely used in oily sludge treatment and recovery in oil drilling, petrochemical and other fields.
LOGISTICS SERVICES
Brettl Co provide value for the entire supply chain, through the comprehensive logistics management, on an specific basis for each market, and with the integration of all processes, including warehouse, transport, preparing camps and value-added services.
Brettl Co also cooperates with business partners specializing in order management, storage and shipping to improve the quality of logistics services. Quality assurance of logistics includes aspects such as accuracy of demand information, accuracy of storage and shipment, quality of packaging and shipment, as well as compliance with delivery dates.
